Recent projects include one of Nashville's largest mixed-use developments, Fifth+Broadway; Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, a 99 percent mass timber project; renovations to Vanderbilt University's Historic Kirkland Hall; and F&M Bank Arena.

Skanska is providing preconstruction and construction management services for the renovation and addition to Vanderbilt University's Garland Hall, originally built in 1928. The building houses the Departments of Earth and Environmental Science (EES) and Anthropology.
