Nashville, TN | $49 million
Skanska is providing preconstruction and construction management services for the renovation and addition to Vanderbilt University's Garland Hall, originally built in 1928. The building houses the Departments of Earth and Environmental Science (EES) and Anthropology. The 49,000-SF renovation and 33,000-SF addition include a mix of office, collaborative space and low-service intensity teaching and research labs.
